Level 2 - H&S or Food Hygiene Certificate
The Safer Food Handlers' Food Hygiene Certificate of Health and Safety is an Accredited Level 2 Course with a Qualifi Accredited Certificate.
Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety are £50 including exam.
This course, often referred to as the basic food hygiene certificate, is for anyone who works in a setting where food is cooked, prepared or handled. All food handlers can satisfy their legal requirement by taking this course.

Level 1 - H&S or Hygiene courses
This introductory course gives an awareness of the hazards of handling low risk food.
In order to meet the legal requirements, all food handlers are recommended to take the Level 2 course.
Fire Risk Assessment Process
To conduct the fire risk assessment, a fire risk assessor will visit your premises and undertake a comprehensive evaluation of all areas of the property looking at all areas of fire safety and risk in detail. This would include:
• Property age & condition
• Persons at risk
• Fire safety hazards/risk, ignition sources & combustible materials
• Fire prevention & management
• Fire safety signage
• Fire safety equipment & maintenance
• Fire safety training & drills
• Means of escape in the event of fire
• Deficiencies in existing fire safety & risk precautions
• An evaluation of your existing emergency fire procedures, training & drills
